      Its dvandva becoz dev and asur though written dev aur asur but is opposite to the meaning so its dvandva samas .😄

फकीर कौन है? जिसके पास वस्तु का अभाव है, उसे फकीर माना जाता है। ..... पर यह मान्यता सिरे से ही गलत है। फकीरी का संबंध वस्तु के होने या न होने से, नहीं है, अभाव की अनुभूति से है। जिसके बाहर वस्तु न होते हुए भी, भीतर अभाव का भाव नहीं है, वह फकीर नहीं अमीर है। जिसके बाहर कितना ही वस्तु भंडार है, यदि वह भीतर से अभावग्रस्त है, तो वह अमीर नहीं है, भिखारी है। भिखारी वो नहीं जिसके पास वस्तु नहीं, भिखारी वो है जिसकी वस्तु की माँग बनी है। वह बादशाह जिसकी बादशाही वस्तु पर निर्भर है, वस्तु न रहे तो वह बादशाहत टिकेगी? जो कुछ चाहता नहीं, माँगता नहीं, उसका आनन्द वस्तु के होने से बनता नहीं, न होने से बिगड़ता नहीं, जो मस्त है, जो संतुष्ट है, देखने में कितना ही फकीर लगता हो, पर वह फकीर नहीं, वह तो बादशाहों का बादशाह है। "चाह मिटी चिन्ता मिटी, मनुवा बेपरवाह। जाको कछु ना चाहिए, सो शाहन के शाह॥"
